Quick & Easy
Six- Bean White Chicken Chili

Serves 3-5

This is a quick and easy recipe that will have your family and friends running to the kitchen.

Ingredients:

1 Container of Chopped Onion & Bell Pepper Mix

1 Container of Chopped Celery

1 Stick of unsalted Butter

1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic

1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded)

1 Tsp pf salt

2 Tbsp of each: Black Pepper, Cajun Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chicken Bouillon, Red Pepper Flakes, Dried Cilantro & Chili Powder

1 Can of each: Navy Beans, Pinto Beans, Great Northern Beans, Cannellini Beans, Black Beans & Kidney Beans. 

Directions: Sautee all of the veggies in the butter for 3-5 minutes until they soften slightly. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 more minutes, add in shredded rotisserie chicken and stir. Add in seasonings and stir. Add the cans of beans, including the juice. Mix all of the components together and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Serve with honey cornbread and feel free to garnish with sour cream, scallions and shredded cheese. Yummmm!
